Aerofest in Semarang

Introduction

                The aim of this report is to make suggestion for a suitable activity to do with Aerofest in Semarang. Aerofest Is an abbreviation of Aerotion Festival. Aerofest is a culture and music festival held by students of English Literature from Diponegoro University. We can invite famous band or singer in Indonesia and we can open some food stands. We can also organize foreign cultural exhibition especially American and English culture in that event.

Activity

                The majority of people surveyed thought that they want Barasuara to attend the Aerotion Festival. They want us to holding an interview session with Barasuara, so they can ask all about Barasuara or they just can talk with one of the Barasuara’s members.

A suitable present

                Most of people thought that they want to make some original souvenirs from Semarang as a gift for Barasuara.

Recommendations

                I would recommend that we organise this event in the Governor’s office area, so we can accommodate a lot of people who want to watch Barasuara. The Governor’s office area is very open and wide, we can decorate it according to what we think. The area is rectangular with 3 main doors, the middle door can be use as a main entrance and the other doors can be use as a backstage door.
